Senkotiros Arnis TrainingSenkotiros training starting September 1,2010. will be held on every Friday of each month at the following locations McCarthy's Taekwondo/Self-Defense in Temple, First and Third Friday, U.S. Karate Systems in Georgetown, Second and Fourth Friday, from 7pm to 8:30pm.
Senkotiros Seminar 2010Grandmaster M. Pallen Sr. will conduct two Senkotiros seminar in Texas for 2010. Seminars will be held at U.S. Karate system in Georgetown, For more information call (512) 869-2615 or (254) 771-5425.

Congratulation to McCarthy's Taekwondo team on a job well done. On Saturday May 1, 2010 in Corpus Christi students from the school competed in the Annual South Texas AAU State Taekwondo Championships Qualifier.

Six of the seven students will be back in training for National in Florida between June 28 thru July 4, 2010. Summer Uniform
Starting Tuesday, June 1, 2010. The Summer uniform will be as follows. School T-Shirt, Taekwondo Pants, Belt according to your rank,and Shin/Instep pads. The T-shirt will be tucked into the pants and pants will be pulled up onto the waist. There will be no sagging or hip wearing of the pants in class. Students will not be allowed to take class if they are not in the proper attire, NO EXCEPTIONS.Summer Uniform has been extended from August 31th, to October 1st, Make sure all Yellow Belts and have have their school patch and us flag on their uniform. uniform.
